Birdwatching - Salema Tours

This area is predominantly home to local and migratory birds that make their way to southern Europe. The most abundant sightings due to migration are in September and October. During the tour it is possible to use lures to attract the birds so that they can be observed up close, as well as to sail quietly, making stops to study the animals' behaviour.

  Please arrive 30 minutes prior the start of the trip. Bring comfortable shoes, water and warm clothes.
  
  In case of adverse sea conditions on the beach we might change departure location to Sagres.

  We reserve the right to change the boat (Zodiac or Catamaran, preferring the catamaran for Bird watching) according to number of passengers, availability and sea conditions.
