In this session we invite you to contact with the spectacular world of bird song. From the simple and monocordic house sparrow song to the melodious and almost uninterrupted song of the skylark, we will take a trip through the soundscape, from the agricultural fields to the big cities.
Take part of this journey and discover how bird song can help us to understand what is happening in the environment and how the participation of citizens in science and conservation projects can make a difference for birds!
In the end, we'll make a quiz to test what we've learned.
Activity facilitated by Hany Alonso.
This training is reccomended for the general public and bird watchers with little experience in song identification.
