Yoga sessions appropriate to each time of day.
Morning classes will include breathing exercises and some easy movements to help your body to open - the whole class will be accompanied by the sound of Tibetan bowls, which will help focus on the present moment.
The afternoon classes will be relaxation, accompanied by the sound of bells and breathing exercises.
This activity is free, but it will be possible to make a donation to support the development of these activities in the future.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and a small blanket. No experience in yoga is required.
