The Cycles of Life and Energy

In Life everything is Energy and everything is constantly changing! In the Cycle of Life, the energy we have as children is different from the energy we have as adults or elderly people. In this group dynamics, we will understand how we can adjust our activities, our way of being and our food according to our age, the time of day and the season we are in. We will rotate through the Cycles of Life, the Cycle of the Day, and the Cycle of the Year!
