Illustration Workshop - Scratchboard
Nature Illustration Workshop, in which we will explore the following technique: scratchboard. In this workshop we will make a brief description of what is illustrating nature and a demonstration of the technique. Participants will create a realistic illustration through observational drawing and reference photos of species which occur in Portugal.

Materials:
- Graphite pencil of different hardness (HB, B2, B3, B4, B5 ...). Not to many, just 3 to make the chromatic variation from the lightest to the darkest. Ex: HB, B2 and B4.
- Type cleaner (optional) (also known as rubber-bread or rubber-dough).
- HB pencil, Sharpener, eraser.
- Cartridge paper 120gr.
