Illustration workshop - Colour pencils

Nature Illustration Workshop, in which we will explore the following technique: colour pencils. We will make a brief description of what is illustrating nature and a demonstration of the technique. Participants will do a realistic illustration through photographic references of species which occur in Portugal.

  Materials:

  • Colored Pencils Box (Staedtler, Faber Castell, Caran D’Ache ..). A box with 20 to 30 pencils will be enough; but if you have or want to buy a box with a larger quantity that’s better, as it will have a bigger variety of shades.
  • A4 Cartridge Paper, 120gr.
  • HB pencil, sharpener, eraser.
