We invite the little ones to be biologists for an hour, helping real biologists to detect (fictitious) little tern nests on the beach and to count and measure the eggs. We will also explain the main threats to this species and what people can do to help to save it. This activity is part of the LIFE Ilhas Barreira project.
This activity is facilitated by Vera Marques and Soraia Guerra.
Children must be accompanied by their parents. Bring hat, water, sunscreen and comfortable clothes and shoes for walking on the sand.
Meeting point is near the restaurant Raposo.
