We invite children to be biologists for a day, helping biologists detect (fictitious) sand martin nests on the beach and count and measure the eggs. The main threats to this species will be explained, as well as what we can do to help save it.
This activity is facilitated by Juliana Menezes and Luísa Matos.
Children must be accompanied by their parents. We recommend wearing a hat, bringing water, sunscreen, and appropriate clothing and footwear.
