Registration opens today! The programme is already available on the website, and features almost 200 activities - many of which are free - throughout the festival's four days. Alongside birdwatching sessions on land and at sea – already a trademark of the festival – there’s such a wealth of opportunities that no one will feel left out.
Popular activities tend to sell out fast, so make sure you register soon!
As the festival celebrates its 10th anniversary, specialists who have been studying bird migration in Sagres for the past decade will share their results. You'll also have a chance to discover how tradition and nature conservation can be allies, in a walk with a shepherd and a local guide. And when it comes time to relax, you can join a Biodanza session or sit at the esplanade and chat to a specialist in a session titled “Beer, bites and birds”.
