From 3 to 6 October, Sagres will once again host the Birdwatching and Nature Activities Festival. The event features birdwatching sessions, photography workshops, talks, hikes, bike rides and activities for the younger ones.
The programme and registration will be available here on the festival website from 1 August.
This annual event, which has already become a landmark in the calendar of outdoor enthusiasts, will take place in the friendly village of Sagres, where the rich biodiversity provides the perfect backdrop for birdwatching and other activities in contact with nature. As well as a variety of birdwatching sessions on land and at sea, this festival offers a variety of opportunities for nature lovers to discover that the Algarve is much more than just a beach. There's also plenty of choice for families and friends of birdwatchers, such as walks, hikes, talks and challenges for the younger ones.
The 15th edition of the Festival is once again organised by Vila do Bispo Town Council, in partnership with SPEA and the Almargem Association, and offers four days packed with activities for all tastes.
