Biologist, science communicator and hiking and nature guide with over 10 years of experience, he specialises in birdwatching. He has also worked as a teacher and has lived in the Algarve for more than two decades.

Passionate about all groups of living organisms, with a particular focus on birds, he participates in several national bird surveys and citizen science platforms, in addition to working as a freelance ornithologist.
