José Gonçalve's Honey House excels in producing delicious raw honey. This honey is a special product that encapsulates all of the natural richness of the Algave's southwest into a super food.

The natural vegetation in the southwestern Algarve is rich, diversified and has excelent nectars, from which bees make an incomparable high quality honey. Our honey has suffered no industrialization whatsoever, and therefore it maintains all his natural qualities. This year we are particularly proud to present our Mel de Medronho, a very rich and flavourful honey.
