When registering for activities, participants are required to provide data such as: full name, date of birth, phone number, address, e-mail, tax identification number (NIF), and citizen card/ID number. When signing up for the newsletter, only name and e-mail are required.

Registrations – The data collected during activity registration is used solely to contact participants regarding matters related to the activities they registered for; to send newsletters and other festival-related information; and to arrange the necessary insurance.
Newsletters – The data provided will only be used to share information about the festival.

By using our website, you agree to this Privacy Agreement. The festival organizers reserve the right to change this agreement without prior notice, so we recommend that you check our privacy policy regularly to stay up to date. The festival website contains links to third-party websites and is not responsible for the privacy policies of those sites.

The festival organizing committee guarantees that all personal information collected through the website will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. By registering for festival activities, participants agree to share their data for insurance purposes and for contact regarding the activities they registered for.
